Email Flashes are sent out on a periodic basis or when we need to get information to you quickly. If you reply to the email flashes by pressing the reply button in your email client or you have an autoresponder, your email address may be removed from our system when we periodicly check for bad email addresses.

You may opt in or out by using the form below. If you give your email to the front desk staff at the club you will be opting in to our email list.

Your email address will not be sold or given to outside parties. However, we may in the future send out a mailer for a third party.

If you use an AOL Email address we cannot guarantee delivery of our emails. Because, AOL periodicly blocks them as spam. We do not have this problem with any other email system. Get a Hotmail or Yahoo email account instead.
