Your Las Vegas Athletic Club Personal Trainer Option includes the use of our instruction staff. We highly recommend the use of our staff to orient you to our facilities. It is our desire to supply you with an individual exercise program designed to achieve your fitness goals in a safe, effective and rapid manner. The hours we offer this service are Monday thru Friday 8:00am -11:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 10:00am - 6:00pm.
Upon request the instructors will assess your current physical condition, help you establish your fitness goals and recommend an entire workout routine to reach your goals. The instructor will take you through the workout until you are comfortable going through on your own. We also recommend you have an instructor re-evaluate your workout routine every month to measure progress and adjust your routine where necessary.
To arrange for an instructor to work with you, simply stop by or call the front desk to make an appointment. Prior to your first workout we recommend:
- Dress comfortably (see dress Code)
- Remember your workout towel
- Eat a light meal or fresh fruit 1-2 hours prior to exercise
- Give some thought to your special fitness goals
- Be prepared to ask a lot of questions
