Reserve Your Spot in TEAM Today!
- Login on LVAC.com with your member number
- Select Class Schedule, filter by TEAM
- Click “Reserve” to secure your spot
Remember: Only Platinum and Premier members are eligible to participate in TEAM Training.

TEAM classes run daily:
Sunday: 8 a.m. -12 p.m.
Monday: 5-10 a.m. and 5-9 p.m.
Tuesday: 5-10 a.m. and 5-9 p.m.
Wednesday: 5-10 a.m. and 5-9 p.m.
Thursday: 5-10 a.m. and 5-9 p.m.
Friday: 5-10 a.m. and 4-6 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. -12 p.m.

Are TEAM Training classes included with my membership?
Platinum members receive 4 classes per month (4,000 points) and Premier members receive 2 classes per month (2,000 points), if they select TEAM as one of their options. Fitness members must upgrade to Premier or Platinum to be eligible.
How do I reserve my spot in a TEAM Training class?
Reservations can be made for TEAM Training Classes up to 30 days in advance.
How does the point system work?
100 points equals $1 within the reservation system. Each session costs $10, or 1,000 points.
How do I use my membership points and purchase points?
Membership points will be used first, if available. Paid points will be used if no membership points are available.
Do unused points rollover?
Membership points (points that come with your membership) do not rollover.
Purchased points (points you purchase to attend additional sessions each month) do rollover.
Is there a limit to the number of classes I can reserve each month?
No, feel free to book your classes for the day, week or month.
Do my points expire?
Platinum and Premier membership points reset on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. Membership points do not roll over from month to month, but purchases points do roll over. Your purchased points never expire.
Can I cancel a class?
Canceling a class within 24 hours of the class starting time will result in a 500-point penalty of purchased points used to register for the class. A full refund is given if class is cancelled more than 24 hours before start of class.
What if a class is full? Is there a waitlist?
Yes! If a member signs up after a class has reached capacity, the member will be placed on a waitlist. Members are moved from the waitlist to class based on order in which they were added. Points will be refunded if you are not moved from waitlist to registered. If you are moved from waiting list to reservation cancellation policies apply. Once the class starts you may not cancel your reservation.
You will not be moved from the wait list to a reservation in the 24 hours before the class, openings from cancellations 24 hours before class start will be by creating a new reservation.
What happens if I do not show up to the class?
You will be charged the full amount. You must cancel your reservation more than 24 hours prior to class start to get a full refund. Cancelling within 24 hours of class start time will result in a 500 point fee if you used paid points for the reservation. Membership points are always fully refunded if they were used to make the reservation.
How do I view the class schedule?
The class schedule is available here, which allows you to filter and search for TEAM classes by date, time and instructor.
