CLUB RULES & INFORMATION

Members must check in with their digital or physical membership card every visit. There is a $12 fee to replace a physical membership card. Members may not loan membership cards to anyone.

Members must wear proper, freshly laundered gym attire. Prohibited clothing includes rivets, hooks, studs, or zippers (e.g., jeans). Shirts must cover the chest and back, and closed-toe athletic shoes are required at all times. Torn or cut-off clothing, flip-flops, aqua shoes, sandals, socks, stockings, and bare feet are unacceptable on the workout floor. Bathing suits must be worn in pools, spas, steam rooms, and saunas. Thongs are not acceptable as swimsuits.

Lockers are provided on a per-visit basis only and are not to be kept overnight. You must bring your own lock. Please do not bring valuables to the club. LVAC staff will not hold wallets, purses, keys, or any personal belongings.

Effective Aug 2nd, 2021: Only one drawstring bag, fanny pack, or small purse is permitted on the workout floor. Backpacks, duffel bags, gym bags, and medium/large purses are prohibited on the workout floor and must be stored in a locker or vehicle. Large bags are not permitted in group fitness rooms.

All members are requested to keep a workout towel in their possession throughout their workout. Members and guests may rent a towel for a nominal fee.

• Exhibiting courtesy and respect towards others is a foundational and non-negotiable rule at LVAC. Treat others as you wish to be treated.
• You must re-rack all plates, barbells, and dumbbells after use. Do not bang weights.
• No food or drinks in exercise areas. Plastic spill-proof bottles are permitted.
• Free weights and accessories may not leave the free weight area.
• No chalk is allowed in the facility.
• You must allow other members to work through when performing multiple sets.
• Do not stand on exercise benches or place weights on upholstered machines.
• Do not move equipment.
• No foul language should be used against other members or staff.
• Profanity and derogatory language/imagery printed on clothing are not allowed.
• No running or horseplay in the facility.
• No loud or strange noises during a workout.
• Members may not bring their own exercise equipment into the facility.
• No jumping rope or gymnastics in the facility. No martial arts in the facility outside of designated group fitness classes.
• Good personal hygiene is a must.
• No children under 12 years of age are allowed in exercise areas.
• Members may not use the Club’s audio equipment.
• No drug use, smoking, vaping, or chewing gum anywhere in the facility.
• Showers are required before entering the pool, spa, sauna, or steam room.
• LVAC is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen or left at clubs, parking lots, or parked cars.
• Members must follow all rules posted in Clubs.
• Please keep a workout towel in your possession throughout your workout. You may rent a towel for a fee if you don't have a towel.

• Reservations are required.
• Only Members’ children are allowed use of the Playroom facility.
• Children must be at least 6 weeks of age and less than 14.
• Maximum stay is two hours.
• Parents may not leave the facility while the child is in our care.
• The same parent that checks in the child must pick up the child.
• Picture ID is required when dropping off children.
• Children must be clean and fully dressed, no swimsuits or bare feet allowed.
• To maintain a healthy environment, we request that parents refrain from bringing children who are displaying signs of illness.
• No children are allowed in the Playroom facility without an LVAC attendant on duty.
• Parents are responsible for diaper supply and diaper changing. Attendants are not permitted to change diapers.
• Playroom rules and hours are subject to change at management's discretion.
