Class Schedules and Reservations

Classes run daily and are available in the morning and the evening, and vary by location. Check the Class Schedule page here for up-to-date class times. Below is our program schedule. Although each day you should expect a total body workout with metabolic conditioning and strength training, we will focus on developing certain muscle groups daily.
LVAC is introducing two all-new class formats to TEAM Training and making it easier than ever to achieve your fitness goals.
In TEAM Conditioning, you will train your body to work harder, faster, and longer in a high-intensity class. The goal is to burn calories and torch fat. This cardio class is the perfect complement to your strength training. You will build endurance while you sculpt your body.
In TEAM Strength, you will do advanced strength training and lifting. This always-changing program will keep you from plateauing. You’ll gain muscle and strength as you sculpt your body, torching fat and calories. Each class will include a burst of metabolic conditioning so you’ll never get bored.
These classes will be held daily at LVAC North. TEAM Conditioning and TEAM Strength will alternate schedules to ensure that every member can make it to each class format.
- Monday: 6 & 9 AM Conditioning, 5 PM Strength, 6 PM Conditioning
- Tuesday: 6 & 9 AM Strength, 5 PM Conditioning, 6 PM Strength
- Wednesday: 6 & 9 AM Conditioning, 5 PM Strength, 6 PM Conditioning
- Thursday: 6 & 9 AM Strength, 5 PM Conditioning, 6 PM Strength
- Friday: 6 & 9 AM Conditioning
- Saturday: 9 AM Strength, 10 AM Conditioning
- Sunday: 9 AM Conditioning, 10 AM Strength
Here’s how to add TEAM sessions to your membership:
- Platinum members receive 4 free sessions each month, if they select TEAM as one of their options
- Premier members receive 2 free sessions each month, if they select TEAM as one of their options
- ALL members may purchase a session for only $10
What is Open Gym and how does it work?
Open Gym hours take place before and after TEAM Training sessions and we invite all premier and platinum members who selected TEAM as an option on their membership to enjoy this private training space. Members should verify there is not an upcoming class using the schedule on the monitor near the door, and enter their member number on the iPad before entering.

Are TEAM Training classes included with my membership?
Platinum members receive 4 classes per month and Premier members receive 2 classes per month, if they select TEAM as one of their options. Fitness members may purchase sessions.
Do unused points rollover?
Membership session (sessions that come with your membership) do not rollover. Paid sessions (sessions you purchase) do rollover. Paid sessions never expire. Platinum and Premier Membership Points reset on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m.
Purchasing sessions or access to the Team Training Studio is made through the reservation system not through Pay Now or the Payment screen after logging in. Email James@lvac.com with questions.
