LVAC is introducing two all-new class formats to SMALL GROUP Training and making it easier than ever to achieve your fitness goals.
CROSSFIT
A CrossFit class is a high-intensity fitness program combining weightlifting, cardio, and gymnastics elements into a dynamic and challenging workout regimen. Participants engage in various exercises, from kettlebell swings and box jumps to rowing and Olympic weightlifting, all designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness. The class is typically structured around a specific WOD (Workout of the Day), which varies in intensity and duration.
TEAM TRAINING
Train your body to run faster, lift heavier, and look better. TEAM is for anyone who wants to step out of their comfort zone, break through plateaus, and reach their fitness goals. In this boot camp-style class, we’ll bring the best equipment, state-of-the-art facility, workout programs, expert trainers, and teammates who push you. You bring the drive and commitment.
8STRIKES KICKBOXING
A Muay Thai inspired workout that will burn more than 600 fat calories per session. Using punch and kick combinations, along with explosive bodyweight exercises, you will reach your fitness goals quickly and efficiently.

All LVAC members can purchase drop-in classes or an Unlimited Pass.
LVAC CrossFit Drop-ins
- Fitness Membership – 0 free drop-ins/$10 per class
- Premier Membership- 0 free drop-ins/$10 per class
- Platinum Membership – 4 free drop-ins/$10 per class
LVAC CrossFit Unlimited
- Fitness Membership – $120 per month
- Premier Membership – $100 per month
- Platinum Membership – $80 per month
*To receive free drop-ins included with membership type, membership must have “TEAM TRAINING” as a selected feature
**Unlimited packages are valid until the 1st of the following calendar month after purchase

Are TEAM Training classes included with my membership?
Platinum members receive 4 classes per month with their membership unless they purchase an unlimited package. Premier and Fitness members may purchase sessions.
Do unused points rollover?
Membership session (sessions that come with your membership) do not rollover. Paid sessions (sessions you purchase) do rollover. Paid sessions never expire. Platinum Membership Points reset on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m.
Purchasing Points
Purchasing sessions or access to the Team Training Studio is made through the reservation system not through Pay Now or the Payment screen after logging in. Email Canon@lvac.com with questions.
