This 20-minute Yoga routine helps promote balance, focus, strength, and relaxation, through mind/body connection. Yoga improves flexibility, develops long, lean muscles and builds strength throughout your entire body. Take your joints through their full range of motion to help prevent degenerative arthritis or mitigate disabilities. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
