We know that so many of our LVAC members have been crushing it this summer, we’ve seen a significant uptick in gym activity, and our amazing members have been more consistent in our clubs this year than any previous year. Congratulations to those getting their best results! But we also understand that, between all the fun and heat, it’s easy to lose a little momentum. But here’s the truth: summer isn’t over, and July is the perfect time to check-in with yourself, get back on track, level up your fitness, and make the most out of the mid-summer season at LVAC.
