POWER BY 8STRIKES™ is a paid class.
Developed by Alan G., POWER BY 8STRIKES™ is a fitness regimen consisting of strength & muscle endurance training, lifts and calisthenics, performed at a controlled but challenging pace. All POWER BY 8STRIKES™ workouts include compound lifts, plyometrics, and speed training. This class will define and chisel your body leaving you burning calories well after the workout has ended.
LVAC may have up to 10% of its classes on a pay per class basis, which will require an additional fee between $5 - $10 per class.
