TEAM Training Terms and Conditions

Points System
Platinum members receive 4 classes per month (4,000 points) and Premier members receive 2 classes per month (2,000 points), if they select TEAM as one of their options. All members may purchase sessions for only $10.

In the reservation system 100 points equals $1. Each session costs $10, or 1,000 points.  Membership Points will be used first, if available. Paid Points will be used if no Membership Points are available.

Membership Points (points that come with your membership) do not rollover.  Paid Points (points you purchase to attend additional sessions each month) do rollover.  Your Paid Points never expire. Platinum and Premier Membership Points reset on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m.

Reservations can be made for TEAM Training Classes up to 30 days in advance.  There is no limit to the number of classes that can be reserved each month, provided space is available.  If a member signs up after a class has reached capacity, the member will be placed on a wait list. Members are moved from the wait list to class based on order in which they were added. Points will be refunded if you are not moved from wait list to registered. If you are moved from waiting list to reservation cancellation policies apply. Once the class starts you may not cancel your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Canceling a class within 24 hours or less of the class starting time will result in a 500-point penalty of Paid Points used to register for the class.  A “no-show” (not attending a scheduled class without canceling your  reservation) will be charged the full amount of the reservation (1000 points) for either Paid Points or Membership Points. You must cancel your reservation more than 24 hours prior to class start to get a full refund. Canceling within 24 hours of class start time will result in a 500 point fee if you used Paid Points for the reservation. Membership Points are always fully refunded in the event of a cancellation before the start of the class.

You will not be moved from the wait list to a reservation in the 24 hours before the class, openings from cancellations 24 hours before class start will be by creating a new reservation.

Purchasing Points

Purchasing of points for Team Training is made through the reservation system not through Pay Now or the Payment screen after logging in.

Using the Las Vegas Athletic Clubs Team Training facilities requires advanced lifts and athletic training movements and therefore involves the risk of injury to you or your guest, whether caused by yourself or others.  Potential injuries from these risks vary depending on the activity and range from minor injuries to major injuries and can also result in catastrophic injuries including death. In consideration of your participation in the activities offered by Las Vegas Athletic Clubs, you understand and voluntarily accept these risks and agree that Las Vegas Athletic Clubs, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents and independent contractors will not be liable for any injury, including, without limitation, personal, bodily, or mental injury, economic loss or any damage to you, your spouse, children, guests, unborn child, or relatives resulting from any negligence of Las Vegas Athletic Clubs or anyone on Las Vegas Athletic Clubs behalf or anyone using the facilities whether related to exercise or not. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Las Vegas Athletic Clubs harmless against any liability, damages, defense costs, including attorneys fees, or from any other costs incurred in connection with claims for bodily injury, wrongful death or property damage caused by your negligence or other wrongful acts or omissions. You further agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Las Vegas Athletic Clubs from all liability, damages, defense costs, including attorneys fees, or from any other costs incurred in connection with claims for bodily injury, wrongful death or property damage brought by you, your guests, or minors, even if Las Vegas Athletic Clubs was negligent. Further, you understand and acknowledge that Las Vegas Athletic Clubs does not manufacture the fitness or other equipment located in its facilities but purchases and/or leases equipment and maintains said equipment in accordance with manufacturers guidance. You agree to request training from Las Vegas Athletic Clubs staff before using any equipment you are not familiar with and to only use fitness equipment as designed.  You understand that areas such as pools, showers, steam rooms, and saunas are inherent wet areas with potential for slips and falls, and you further understand that physical exertion throughout the facility often results in profuse sweating leading to potential for localized wet floor surfaces, all requiring personal diligence to ensure your own and your guests safety.   You understand and acknowledge that Las Vegas Athletic Clubs is providing recreational services and will not be held liable for defective products, equipment malfunctions, guest’s incorrect use of equipment, or wet surfaces.
