Yoga-All Levels is a class for beginners to experience yogis. You will have options and modifications offered by the instructor so the poses can work for you and your individual level. More challenging poses and breathing techniques (yoga pranayama) may be offered from your instructor to challenge you. This class will incorporate core strength, stretching, and breathing in dynamic moving sequences.
