Small Group Training – TEST Version

People of all ages and all ability levels participate in Small Group Training to lose weight, perform better, work with an expert trainer, and work alongside other highly motivated individuals.

CrossFit

A CrossFit class is a high-intensity fitness program combining weightlifting, cardio, and gymnastics elements into a dynamic and challenging workout regimen. Participants engage in various exercises, from kettlebell swings and box jumps to rowing and Olympic weightlifting, all designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness. The class is typically structured around a specific WOD (Workout of the Day), which varies in intensity and duration, pushing individuals to their limits and fostering a sense of camaraderie among participants striving to achieve their fitness goals.

TEAM Training

Train your body to run faster, lift heavier, and look better. TEAM is for anyone who wants to step out of their comfort zone, break through plateaus, and reach their fitness goals. In this boot camp-style class, we’ll bring the best equipment, state-of-the-art facility, workout programs, expert trainers, and teammates who push you. You bring the drive and commitment.

8Strikes POWER

The focus of this program is Strength/Muscle Endurance training. Lifts and calisthenics are performed at a controlled and challenging pace. All Power workouts include compound lifts, plyometrics, and speed training. This workout will define and chisel your body leaving you burning calories well after the workout has ended.

8Strikes Kickboxing

A Muay Thai inspired workout that will burn more than 600 fat calories per session.  Using punch and kick combinations, along with explosive bodyweight exercises, you will reach your fitness goals quickly and efficiently.

Open Gym

Here’s how to add CrossFit/TEAM classes to your membership:

All LVAC members can purchase drop-in classes or an Unlimited Pass. 

1 Drop-in Class is $10

  • Platinum members have 4 classes included with their monthly membership.
  • Premier members have 2 classes included with their monthly membership.
  • Fitness members have 0 classes included with their monthly membership.

Unlimited Price Based on Membership Type:

  • Platinum – $80
  • Premier – $100
  • Fitness – $120

*Unlimited Pass is valid throughout the calendar month purchased.

What is Open Gym and how does it work?

Open Gym hours occur before and after Small Group Training sessions and are restricted to members with a Premier or Platinum membership. Members should verify there is no upcoming class using the schedule on the monitor near the door and enter their member number on the tablet before entering.

Are TEAM Training classes included with my membership?

Platinum members receive 4 classes per month and Premier members receive 2 classes per month, if they select TEAM as one of their options. Fitness members may purchase sessions.

Do unused Drop-In Classes rollover?

Free drop-in classes included with the Premier and Platinum memberships refresh on the 1st of each month and DO NOT rollover. However, any drop-in classes that are purchased will remain available until used and do not expire.

Purchasing Classes

Drop-ins and the Unlimited Pass can be purchased through the reservation system on our website’s class schedule or at the kiosk with the coach in charge of the session.
